Well, vacation er... staycation is over and it's back to work. Luckily I've got help for my first two days back and I don't have to work on Friday because I took a personal day for my wife's birthday but shhhh, she doesn't know I took it off. It'll be a surprise.
Over my vacation I had given myself a personal goal of working on some of my backlog and I'd have to say that I made pretty good progress on it. I was able to finish off Cabela's Trophy Bucks which isn't a hard game but it wasn't overly exciting either. (I'll be adding this one to the list of games I'll loan out... it's a pretty easy completion, just a bit time consuming) I also worked on Chariot with the wife and we're pretty close to unlocking achievements for uncovering all the levels, max skulls and finding the last sepulcher. I also worked on The Lego Movie Videogame, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City and Resident Evil 5 as well. One of the items on my to-do list was for an achievement in Vancouver 2010 and I was able to knock that one off too. I actually picked up another 20 or so achievements to bring my completion percentage for that game way up. (it was part of a bean dive so it was like at 2%)
Not much really planned for the week ahead as of right now. Will work on some Gears 2 this evening, then maybe some more Chariot or other backlogged game on Tuesday night. Nothing really planned for Wednesday or Thursday but Friday I will be taking a break from gaming as I mentioned earlier, it's the wife's birthday. I'll more than likely be on Saturday if anyone would like to pick up where we left off on Resident Evil 5 or Operation Raccoon City.
Not much else to write right now, heading home... took the bike today so it's going to be an awesome ride home.
