OK . . . So I Lied!

In the past few weeks I discovered that unlocking achievements is very important to me.  However, if I want to pursue unlocking achievements, I have to reduce the pain in my hands.  I tried relieving the pain by using a controller less.  I started playing a city building game called Banished on my PC.  On those days when my hands didn't bother me, I played Fallout 4.  However, I modded the game.  Therefore the achievements were turned off.  After a couple of weeks I realized I missed chasing down achievments. I worked with my rheumatologist to find the right medication and exercise therapy for my hands that would relieve the pain.  It has been largely successful and I'm spending more time with a controller in my hands these days.  Very Happy

My Goals
I currently have three goals set:

  • Completion Percentage of 33.00 by Dec 31st of this year.  I am 3.2% toward completing this goal.  I have a long way to go!
  • Seriously 2.0 in Gears of War 2 by Sept 29th of this year.  I am 51% toward completing this goal.  I work on it for an hour or so each week.  At the current rate, I should be able to meet this goal.
  • Gamerscore of 95,000 by March 1, 2018.  I am 0.4% toward completing this goal.  Again, I have a long way to go!

Currently Playing
These are the games I'm currently playing or will be playing in the near future:

  • Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition - I'm going to be working with you all to knock out the new achievements that came along with the most recent title update. Mad
  • Gears of War 2 - Working ever so gradually toward the Seriously 2.0 achievement (see My Goals above).
  • Burnout Paradise - I had a LOT of fun playing this game with the group this past month.  I also unlocked several single player achievements.  I am currently working on one more single player achievement.  After that I will have to determine if my skill level and patience will allow me to pursue a few more.  I suspect frustration and impatience will interfere.  I'll give it a try, though.  I am currently at 74% complete.
  • Castle Crashers - @kbeau73 and I played through this game co-operatively.  It was fun and challenging.  I have only three more achievments to unlock to complete the game.  All are multiplayer achievements.  @kbeau73 and I are going to work on two of them.  I might put a session up on TA for the final achievement which requires four players.  If anyone has this game and would like to help out with the four player achievement, let me know.  I am currently at 64% complete.
  • Sunset Overdrive - I've played very little of this game.  What I have played was quite fun!  I look forward to playing this game with the group this month.  I am currently at 2% complete.

Backlog
I added a couple games to my backlog recently due to Games With Gold.  Here are the statistics I said you wouldn't see anymore:

I admire you and applaud you. Plain and simple.
Do what you can. I know how hard it is to not have a controller in hand...and it's pretty darn hard...
Here's hoping this routine works out for you

Regarding Castle Crashers... I've read some of the solutions and it's possible this is obtainable locally. Obviously it would be much easier if we did it as a group of 4 but might be tough. I might put up a quick session for Friday night at 11 if you are interested @JohnPicklewilly?

Should literally only take 5 minutes or so.

I'm definitely interested! I'd be happy to join you.
